  You cannot go wrong with donuts and ice cream, and this wasn't the exception, thank God for comfort food and their deliciousness.
  
  I ordered the Banana Royale and it was amazing, super sweet and I almost became diabetic, super rich and very yummy.
  
  The staff is super friendly and we're working with a smile in their faces, to me this is good customer service because I have seen looong faces in other places.
  
  Come visit and had tons of sweet treats.

  Dropped to one star because after yet another disappointing visit l I've realized the morale of the employees is due to one of the managers consistently berating them in front of guests. Not a good way to run a business, and it's reflected in their performance.
  
  Manager was rude to waiting guests as well.

  I wish they had a zero star review. Beyond the worst Dunkin' doughnuts I have ever been to. Horrible employees who local customer service skills and horrible communication. This will push customers away and really hurt the business. Took me 30 min when the place wasn't real busy. My daughter was upset which made me real upset and unhappy.

  Old stale donuts!  This place was great when they opened and now it is terrible.  We ordered donuts at 10:15 PM last night.  We bought a dozen and took them home.  They were all completely stale.  The Bavarian Cream is supposed to have powered sugar on it.  It was "wet" and the sugar melted into the donut.  I've never seen that.  One donut looked like it had a bit out of it.  The rest were so hard that my kids would not even eat them.  They tasted like donuts that get left on the counter for 2 days.  So disappointing.  I filled out the reply on their receipt and they did not call me back.  They said someone from the store would call me, but from the other comments on Yelp, I'm guessing that will not happen.  I tried calling their phone number and it just rings and then hangs up.  I guess their customer service matches their food quality.  I'll dispute charge.

  Ugh. Moving to Champions Gate next month and so wish this location was better. Literally pay more at this exit than other locations. Their attitudes are the worst. Ordered a large unsweetened tea and a medium unsweetened tea with 5 equal. Got a large with sweetener and a medium with Splenda. Yes, they taste different. Told them it was unsweetened and she said - that is unsweetened. To which my husband said, maybe but then you added Splenda. So put out they had to make it again. Customer service at this location seriously lacking.
